Position: Credit Control Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control Officer to support our finance team in managing accounts receivable, assisting in recovery operations, and performing daily bank reconciliations in Rech International.

Position: Credit Control Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control Officer to support our finance team in managing accounts receivable, assisting in recovery operations, and performing daily bank reconciliations in Rech International.
Key Responsibilities:
- AR & Recovery Assistance: Support recovery operations by following up with clients on overdue invoices via phone and email to ensure timely payments.
- Account Monitoring: Assist in analyzing aging reports, tracking daily receivables, and updating customer payment statuses in the system.
- Dispute & Query Resolution: Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams to gather documentation and assist in resolving basic invoice/pricing queries.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations and assist in identifying and matching unidentified entries promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date receivable records and enter transactions into the ERP system.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: Atleast 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit Control, or Finance support roles.
- Skills:
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, basic numerical aptitude, and eagerness to learn.
