Our client National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is looking for a Credit Manager (AVP)

In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professional(s) for the following position in the area of Risk Management.

The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Position / Job Title:

Credit Manager (AVP)

Reporting to:

Regional Executive - Credit Risk Management Division

Educational /Professional Qualification:

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university /college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan, preferably with accounting orfinance background

Experience:

• Minimum 06 years of experience in Commercial or SME banking, either in the

business and / or in risk management in a Commercial Bank

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:

• Credit analysis
• Financial statement analysis
• Knowledge of SME, Commercial financing products
• Understanding of different types of collaterals
• Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

:

• To support Regional Executive Credit in review and analyzing credit proposals of SME, Commercial & Agri including Quantitative analysis, Qualitative analysis and Climate
• To compliance with internal policies and Regulatory guidelines
• To limit structuring and credit worthiness in conjunction with the collateral

offered

• To assist in internal / external audits
• To coordinate with business groups for clarifications and relevant information
• To analyze reputational risk profile, including climate and sustainability risks
• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Place of Posting:

Peshawar, Sialkot, Dera Ghazi Khan and Sahiwal

Employment Type:

The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed ondiscretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Banks Policy / rules.
