- Understand the customer current landscape and come out with suggesting robus architecture keeping in view the customer objectives and roadmap in Sales, Marketing and Service areas.
- Understand and analyze the customer requireemnts and provide integrated design and solutioning
- Review and Understand the proposals and co-ordinate with CoE teams to respond with right solution
- Creating Offerings and proactivelty taking the offerings to customers
- Working with account teams and understand the gaps in the current processes implemented and create opportunites to pitchin by presenting right solutions to fill in the gaps to customer
- Consulting Engagements with various accounts in assessment and blueprint phases
- Participation in Customer Defence Presentations & Solutioning/ Offering Presentations
