Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or SaaS growth roles.
  • Strong understanding of retention and expansion strategies.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer behavior data.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle metrics.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies focused on retention and expansion.
  • Develop campaigns to drive upsell, cross-sell, and customer engagement.
  • Create customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Manage newsletters, product updates, and customer communication programs.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to identify advocacy opportunities.
  • Segment customer base and build targeted messaging for each lifecycle stage.
  • Monitor churn, engagement, and customer lifetime value trends.
  • Support building of customer communities or engagement programs.
