Our client Maverick-k Global Services is hiring a Customer Sales Representative (Night Shift) in Lahore.

Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our team for the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person to address inquiries and provide product information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs.
- Manage and follow up on customer leads and sales opportunities.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer satisfaction.
