Our client Phoenix Coderex is hiring a Customer Sales Specialist in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and customer outreach.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the USA market and customer behavior preferred.
