Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between US-based customers and internal project teams.
  • Attend customer meetings, prepare professional Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates, deliverables, and timelines to customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize project management tools to manage tasks, deadlines, and project workflows.
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimation, design, and management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor customer requirements and proactively address concerns to enhance the customer experience.
  • Prepare reports, meeting summaries, and project status updates.
  • Maintain professional written and verbal communication with international customers.
  • Support customer onboarding, project coordination, and account management activities.







Requirements





  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or any other technical discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with US-based customers and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to prepare professional Minutes of Meeting (MoMs) and customer correspondence.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional attitude, ownership mentality, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Relations, Project Coordination, Account Management, or similar roles will be preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to work in USA Shift Hours (Evening/Night Shift).
