- Experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
Job Summary

- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities, ensuring closure from first contact to last mile.
- Assist the sales team in upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare and share regular reports on customer engagement, lead status, and sales performance.
- Analyze data using Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer success.
- Communicate professionally in both Urdu and English, adapting to customer preferences.
