Our client Xyber Systems We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis in Lahore, Pakistan. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by utilizing problem-solving skills and product knowledge.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on product features, services, and policies to enhance their experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member when necessary, following established procedures.
- Contribute to team efforts by sharing insights and best practices to improve overall customer support quality.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), or Associate of Arts (AA) degree.
Skills & Languages
- Demonstrated proficiency in Active Listening and Problem Solving.
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written).
- Exceptional Patience and a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong Time Management and organizational abilities.
- Experience with Email Support and Phone Support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with [mention specific industry software or tools if applicable, e.g., CRM software, ticketing systems].
- Previous experience in a similar industry.
