Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client and worker inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle issues related to shift scheduling, timesheets, payroll, and platform onboarding.
- Coordinate shift confirmations and manage last-minute schedule changes and coverage requests.
- Guide new workers through registration, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM/support system.
- Escalate complex or technical issues to the relevant Product, HR, or Account Management teams.
- Follow up with clients and workers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Support compliance checks and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Payroll teams based across Europe and Pakistan.
- 3-4 years of experience in customer service, call center, staffing, or platform support.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written, is mandatory, as the candidate will communicate directly with European clients and workers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience using CRM/support systems, MS Office, or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries across different time zones.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience working with international teams or European clients would be a plus.
