Our client HR Business Solutions is hiring a Customer Support Executive / Front Desk in Islamabad.
Location: 1st Floor, 43 Plaza, Daisy Road, DHA 2, Islamabad
Work timings: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and well-organized Customer Support Executive / Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer support, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration. The role also requires participation in the company's social media and marketing initiatives through video-based content.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, messages, and walk-in inquiries.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding company services.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and support.
- Manage customer inquiries across various communication channels.
- Maintain and update customer databases, records, and CRM systems.
- Track customer interactions and follow up on pending requests.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and client consultations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative files.
- Support day-to-day office operations and front desk management activities.
- Participate in Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other promotional content.
- Represent the company professionally in brand awareness campaigns.
- Assist in creating educational, informational, and marketing-related video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital engagement initiatives.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, front desk, administration, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
