About The Role
As a Cybersecurity Account Specialist at TalentPop App, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and improving our security systems. Your responsibilities will include provisioning secure user access, implementing advanced security protocols, and collaborating to develop tailored solutions for unique cybersecurity challenges.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage user accounts with secure access configurations.
- Implement robust security measures such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Safeguard sensitive company and client data, ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members to design tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of security processes, updates, and incidents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge and experience in cybersecurity practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in a remote, global team.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ are preferred but not required.
- Must have a personal computer or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 processor (or equivalent such as AMD Ryzen 5 or Apple M1 chip or higher).
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload.
- Stable and secure internet connection suitable for remote work and data security protocols.
