About the role
We are hiring a Cybersecurity Instructor to teach trainees defensive and offensive security skills in a hands-on lab setting. You will prepare beginners for entry-level roles such as SOC analyst, junior penetration tester and IT security support.
Who you will teach
Most trainees will be fresh graduates, final-year students, people with experience in the industry and people starting out in the industry. Many will have little or no practical experience, so you will start from the basics, explain concepts in simple English and Urdu, and build their confidence step by step until they can deliver real projects.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver daily lectures and hands-on labs according to the approved curriculum
• Teach security concepts step by step for trainees with no prior security background
• Prepare lesson plans, slides, lab guides, assignments and quizzes
• Build and maintain isolated lab environments and CTF-style exercises
• Enforce ethical and legal use of all hacking tools and techniques
• Track attendance, assess progress and submit reports to the program team
• Run extra support sessions for trainees who fall behind
• Guide trainees on certification paths (Security+, CEH, eJPT) and job applications
• Support assessments, audits and program reviews

Requirements
• BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Telecom or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in security operations, penetration testing or network security
• Solid networking, Linux and Windows administration knowledge
• Practical penetration testing and vulnerability assessment experience
• SIEM, log analysis and incident handling basics
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English and Urdu
• Patience and genuine interest in teaching beginners

Preferred
• CEH, CompTIA Security+, eJPT, OSCP or CCNA certification
• CTF participation or a bug bounty record
• Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience
