About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CE/CRM, Solution Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE/CRM, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, customization, implementation, and optimization of D365 CE solutions to meet business requirements

Essential Functions

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 CE technical specifications
  • Customize and configure D365 CE applications to align with business needs
  • Develop and implement plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#.NET and JavaScript
  • Perform data migration and integration tasks using tools like Kingsway Soft and JIRA
  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions in areas such as sales, customer service, field service, and other CE package certifications
  • Optimize existing CRM systems and business process flows to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Provide end-to-end deployment and support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive CRM solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365/2015/2013/2011/4.0)
  • Experience in data migration and integration, particularly using Kingsway Soft SSIS Integration Toolkit and Atlassian JIRA integration
  • Advanced knowledge in customization of entities, forms, views, ribbon/command bar, and OOB workflows
  • Proficiency in developing plugins and custom workflow activities using C#.NET
  • Experience in client-side scripting (JavaScript) and HTML5 development
  • Ability to develop bespoke applications (Windows Console, Form Applications, Web Services)
  • Experience in developing custom SSRS reports
  • Knowledge of customer service workflows, case management, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Hands-on experience or understanding of cloud telephony integration (e.g., Twilio, RingCentral) and social media APIs (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger API, Instagram, Google Map API) and how they integrate with D365
  • Knowledge/hands-on experience with the setup of Power Virtual Agents and agent handoff
  • Strong understanding of APIs and integration tools (e.g., Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps)
  • Knowledge of D365 Customer Insights (Journeys + Data) is a plus

Additional Details

  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform are highly desirable
  • Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles will be advantageous
