The position requires to create a platform for farmers to ensure the cost-effective quality milk by providing them with proper animal nutrition and health care products & advises.

• Engagement & development of commercial & large farms in a highly competitive market.
• Train, coach & develop staff on regular and emerging challenges
• Person at this job must be technically sound on all aspects of dairy farming and must keep himself updated with modern developments
• Have good knowledge of milk industry and current ongoing trends
• Convince farmers on modern technologies to be implemented at their farms bearing all expenses by farmers themselves• Requires a unique set of skills to perform job
• Must have strong negotiation skills
