Job Description
1、Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. 2、Assist in daily administrative tasks such as front desk management, ensuring a smooth flow of communication and a professional environment. 3、Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. 4、Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communication as needed. 5、Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested by the Managing Director, ensuring high quality and confidentiality. 6、Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director. 7、Support the Admin team with tasks like document management, record keeping, and office supply coordinationPosition Requirement
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field. 2、Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably at a senior executive level. 3、Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. 4、Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5、Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. 6、Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in using digital tools for scheduling and communication. 7、Flexibility to work extended hours as needed and adapt to changing priorities.How to apply
