Our client PostEx is hiring a Data Engineer / BI Engineer Intern in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT).
  • Support data integration activities from multiple internal and external data sources.
  • Help ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.
  • Participate in data cleaning, validation, and transformation tasks.
  • Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting data pipeline issues.

Business Intelligence & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools.
  • Support business users in understanding and utilizing data effectively.
  • Create ad-hoc reports and analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Assist in designing KPIs and business performance metrics.
  • Analyze trends and patterns to generate actionable business insights.

Data Analysis
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Document data definitions, reporting logic, and business rules.
  • Support data-driven initiatives across Operations, Finance, Product, and Commercial teams.

Required Qualifications
