Data Governance Consultant

Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3–6 Years
Summery We are looking for a Data Governance Consultant with hands-on experience in Atlan, Databricks Governance, and Enterprise Data Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in metadata management, data quality, business glossary implementation, stewardship models, and governance workflows
Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, or Enterprise Data Management
• Hands-on experience with Atlan (mandatory)
• Strong experience governing data platforms built on Databricks (Unity Catalog, Lineage, Cataloging, Access Governance)
• Experience implementing Business Glossaries, Data Stewardship Models, and Governance Workflows
• Strong understanding of Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Catalogs, and Governance Best Practices
• Strong SQL & Python skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Collibra, Purview, Alation, Apache Atlas, or Ataccama
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP environments
• Exposure to Data Quality frameworks and compliance initiatives
