We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Junior B2B Data Scraper for this entry-level position. You will support our outbound sales engine by building, cleaning, and enriching high-quality prospect lists to fuel our technology sales campaigns.
This role is perfect for a proactive individual eager to master modern digital sales tools, data extraction techniques, and AI utilities in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
  • Prospect List Building: Learn and execute data extraction strategies to source fresh business accounts and decision-makers based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Data Verification: Use specialized software to validate professional email addresses
  • Database Formatting: Clean, de-duplicate, and organize raw lead data into structured Google Sheets or CSV files.
  • AI Research Support: Deploy AI prompts to pull contextual data points (like company news or hiring trends) to help SDRs personalize their outreach.
  • CRM Maintenance: Assist in importing finalized lead lists into our sales platforms with perfect formatting and zero missing fields.

Tool Stack (Training Provided)
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Basic search filters, saving lead lists, and tracking account changes.
  • Apollo.io: Sourcing company profiles, pulling contacts, and navigating persona filters.
  • Prospeo: Scraping verified email addresses and handling bulk domain searches.
  • Google Engines: Using basic search operators and Google Maps to discover hidden business listings and directories.
  • AI Utilities: Using ChatGPT or Claude to clean messy data strings, categorize industries, and draft lead summaries.

Qualifications & Skills (Entry-Level)
  • Spreadsheet Basics: Comfortable with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
  • Tech-Forward Mindset: Fast learner who loves experimenting with new software, browser extensions, and AI tools.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with the sales development team.
