Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
• Manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal wait times.
• Conduct patient verification processes, confirming insurance details and eligibility for services.
• Process dental billing and claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to insurance providers.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records, adhering to all privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and provide clear, concise information.
• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patient support or administrative role within the dental industry.
• Proven experience with dental billing processes and insurance verification.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of patient support principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using dental practice management software (specific software proficiency can be a preferred qualification if not explicitly stated).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in dental administration or billing.
