Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Reporting
Qualifications (Must Have)
Financial Planning & Reporting
- Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management dashboards.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and highlight variances or financial risks.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial
- Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities including SRB, PRA, ICT, EOBI, LEB, and SECP.
- Support preparation and timely submission of tax filings and statutory reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.
- Support coordination with external auditors during financial audits and assist in providing required
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and processes.
- Monitor cash flows and support working capital management to maintain financial stability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support finance automation or transformation
Qualifications (Must Have)
- ACCA (Part Qualified/Finalist) or CA (Finalist).
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with accounting systems and financial data analysis.
- Experience working in a corporate or fast-paced service environment.
- Exposure to ERP systems or financial reporting tools.
- Experience assisting with audits, tax filings, or regulatory reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to work.
