Deputy Manager Taxation

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Deputy Manager Taxation to join our dedicated finance team. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including accurate and timely filing of tax returns and related documentation.
• Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial efficiency in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant tax laws and regulations, including VAT/GST and transfer pricing policies.
• Proactively manage and prepare for tax audits, liaising with tax authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful resolution.
• Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting that reflects current tax positions and implications.
• Utilize advanced Excel and tax software to analyze complex tax data, identify potential risks, and support decision-making.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in corporate taxation.
• Proven expertise in Corporate Tax, Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, VAT/GST, and Transfer Pricing.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Tax Audits and interacting with tax authorities.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting with a strong understanding of its tax implications.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Tax Software and ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Exceptional Leadership, Problem Solving, and Analytical Skills.
• Strong Communication and Teamwork abilities.
