We’re Hiring: Design Sales Closer

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Salary: Market Competitive + Performance-Based Incentives

Target: $5,000 to $15,000

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients for design services
Handle inbound and outbound leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups
Present design solutions effectively to meet client needs
Close deals by demonstrating value and building trust
Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
Collaborate with design and marketing teams for tailored solutions
Stay updated on design trends and market competition

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in design sales or similar role
Strong closing, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
