Role Description The Senior Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth across the company's digital services. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing multi-channel campaigns, coordinating with sales and consulting teams, analyzing performance data, and optimizing marketing efforts based on insights. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee content and messaging, manage external and internal stakeholders, and identify new market opportunities in current and emerging service lines. The role also involves mentoring junior marketing staff, establishing best practices, and ensuring consistent, high-quality marketing communications.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, ideally within digital services or consulting environments.

• Proficiency in digital marketing practices, including app downloads, how to make sure people use app more, performance analysis, and use of marketing tools and analytics platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver results within set timelines and budgets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences.

• Proven leadership capabilities, including team management, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement at various organizational levels.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in marketing are an advantage.

• Experience in Food Industry is must
