About the role
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Instructor to teach trainees the core skills to market businesses online, from social media to search and e-commerce. You will lead daily classes and practical labs where beginners run real campaigns.
Who you will teach
Most trainees will be fresh graduates, final-year students, people with experience in the industry and people starting out in the industry. Many will have little or no practical experience, so you will start from the basics, explain concepts in simple English and Urdu, and build their confidence step by step until they can deliver real projects.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver daily lectures and hands-on labs according to the approved curriculum
• Teach practical marketing skills to trainees with no prior experience
• Prepare lesson plans, slides, campaign briefs, assignments and quizzes
• Run labs where trainees build and manage pages and campaigns
• Track attendance, assess progress and submit reports to the program team
• Run extra support sessions for trainees who fall behind
• Coach trainees on freelancing profiles, local client work and job applications
• Support assessments, audits and program reviews
Requirements
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field
• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience (agency, business or freelance)
• Practical experience managing social media pages and Meta and Google ad campaigns
• SEO and Google Analytics basics
• Content creation with Canva and AI tools
• Clear, engaging teaching in Urdu and English, with patience for beginners
Preferred
• Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification
• E-commerce marketing experience on Daraz or Shopify
• Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience
