A leading Asset Management company, operating in Pakistan is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced professionals for the post of Head of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- To develop HR Initiatives and systems seeking input / review by all concerned (including hiring of staff at Head Office and Branches).
- To develop HR as a strategic function within the organization.
- Developing and implementing a performance evaluation and management system and conduct a work load assessment program.
- Identifying and implementing in-house and external training programs within organization
- MBA / Master preferably Human Resource Degree from HEC recognized university with 3-5 years’ experience of working in a reputable institution.
