Documentation Specialist

Principal Objective of Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, sorting, annotating, and managing construction-related documents. This role plays a key part in ensuring that documentation is clear, accessible, and accurately maintained for project teams.

Key Functions of This Role:

• Organize and maintain large volumes of project documentation, including drawings, plans, and reports
• Annotate construction drawings
• Ensure version control and document traceability across all stages of the project
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure documentation needs are met
• Review incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting
• Maintain filing systems in accordance with company standards
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and protocols
  
  

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Architecture.
• Fresh to 4 years of relevant professional experience required.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Familiarity with Figma.
• Experience with documentation control platforms such as Aconex, Asite, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical documents.
