About the Role

Carpe Diem is looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage operations, order fulfillment, and customer order management.

If you have hands-on experience with Shopify, Zoho CRM, and international e-commerce operations, we'd love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily e-commerce operations and order processing.
  • Handle Shopify store operations, order management, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM to maintain customer records and operational data.
  • Coordinate shipping, logistics, and delivery tracking.
  • Manage customer order inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate and coordinate with international clients, internal teams, and logistics partners.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and ensure timely order fulfillment.


Mandatory Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, E-commerce, or a relevant field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or fulfillment.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and Zoho CRM.
  • Previous experience working with international clients, preferably US or UK markets will be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with international shipping, imports or customs
  • Experience working with US companies
  • Google Sheets or Excel skills for reporting
