E-Commerce Sales Lead

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Lead to join our growing E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance across multiple online marketplaces, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing product performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with the listings, pricing, advertising, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and marketplace expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor sales performance across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve marketplace performance.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with listings, pricing, advertising, and operations teams to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives.
• Optimize product visibility, pricing, promotions, and inventory to maximize sales and profitability.
• Monitor marketplace KPIs, including sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer performance metrics.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify new marketplace opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Ensure product listings remain accurate, optimized, and compliant with marketplace requirements.
• Resolve marketplace-related operational issues affecting sales performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketplace policy changes.
  
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, marketplace management, or online business operations.
• Hands-on experience managing major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or other online marketplaces.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience with sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Good understanding of product optimization, pricing strategies, and marketplace algorithms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• Experience with marketplace advertising platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, or similar PPC tools.
• Knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools and business intelligence dashboards.

• Familiarity with ERP, OMS, or marketplace management systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or mentoring junior team members.
