Our client Kween Studio is looking for a Ecommerce and Social Media Manager in Lahore
Kween Studio is seeking a dedicated Ecommerce & Social Media Executive to take charge of managing online store operations and social media presence. This role involves overseeing Shopify order processing, providing customer support, and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The executive will be responsible for maintaining and growing the company’s social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The candidate will coordinate shipping processes, ensure timely order dispatch, and uphold excellent communication with customers through multiple platforms. Preference is given to candidates residing near Valencia Town, Lahore, to support onsite work from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The ideal candidate will lead a small team of two persons, organizing tasks and promoting productive collaboration. They should have at least one year of experience in ecommerce and social media management, strong skills in Shopify and social media marketing, and proficiency in design tools such as Canva. This role demands excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, a customer-focused approach, and the capacity to stay updated with evolving digital marketing and SEO trends. Responsibilities

- Manage and process orders received through Shopify, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct order confirmation calls and coordinate shipping and dispatch.
- Track orders and follow up with logistics partners.
- Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content, captions, and hashtags.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and stay updated with the latest digital marketing and SEO trends.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
