Details

International Business Resources, based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, provides professional business support services for clients in the UK, USA, Europe, and the Middle East. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and support international clients in managing their business processes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to international clients.
• Manage communication, documentation, and reporting tasks.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and client account management.
• Perform data entry, research, and analysis tasks as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Support international projects and ensure compliance with client expectations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in BPO, customer service, or business support roles is preferred.
