Taimur Shah Group Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead to oversee and drive the electrical engineering and industrial automation projects within the organization. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a Masters Degree preferred, and possesses a strong background in electrical systems, VFDs, motor controls, LV switchgear, PLC/SCADA systems, and manufacturing engineering. This leadership role demands strategic technical decision-making and hands-on problem-solving abilities, complemented by expertise in cross-functional coordination and innovation management. Certification in automation, power systems, or project management is a distinct advantage. The candidate must also be proficient with ERP systems like Odoo, AutoCAD/EPLAN, and MS Project to ensure streamlined project execution and resource management.

As Engineering Lead, you will manage a team of five professionals, guiding them through complex industrial projects from conceptual design through testing and commissioning phases. Your Responsibilities

include balancing technical and commercial aspects with customer requirements, driving innovation, and ensuring all engineering activities align with company goals and industry standards. This role requires a committed leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across multiple departments to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of five engineering professionals to successfully execute industrial automation and electrical engineering projects.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of VFDs, motor controls, LV switchgear, and power distribution systems.
• Manage PLC/SCADA system integration, panel design, and assembly ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality assurance, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop strategic plans and make technical decisions that drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct thorough testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems to maintain high reliability and performance.
• Analyze customer requirements and balance technical and commercial factors to deliver optimal engineering solutions.
• Utilize ERP systems like Odoo along with AutoCAD/EPLAN and MS Project for effective project planning, resource allocation, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain PEC registration where applicable to uphold professional standards.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team through knowledge-sharing, training initiatives, and process enhancement.
