Our client Cosmo Inc. is hiring a Email Marketing Specialist in Lahore.

Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist who understands how to start real conversations, not just send emails. This role is about crafting personalized, high-performing outbound email campaigns that generate qualified leads and book meetings consistently.
If you know how to combine research, copywriting, and deliverability best practices to get replies (not spam flags), this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, and execute cold email campaigns targeting decision-makers
• Research prospects to personalize messaging at scale
• Segment lead lists based on industry, role, and intent
• Set up and manage cold email tools (e.g., snov, apollo etc.)
• Monitor deliverability (domain warm-up, inbox placement, spam avoidance)
• A/B test subject lines, copy, CTAs, and sequences to improve open and reply rates
• Track and report key metrics: open rate, reply rate, positive responses, and booked calls
• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to align messaging with offers and ICPs
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Proven experience with cold email outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex services.
• Experience with email automation and outreach tools.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
  
  

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or service-based businesses
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or multi-channel campaigns
• Basic knowledge of sales funnels and lead qualification

Salary range: 80,000 PKR - 120,000 PKR per month

Please note that the salary is tied to the United States Dollar (USD), meaning that as the USD increases, the salary will increase proportionally.
