Our client Phoenix Coderex is hiring a Email Marketing Specialist in Lahore.

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Create compelling email content and subject lines.
  • Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Maintain email databases and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
