Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) - Trend Micro, Trellix, SentinelOne

Your role

We're hiring for skilled and motivated EPS AV Analyst (EDR) for Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Trend Micro, Trellix, and SentinelOne EDR and will be responsible for managing and enhancing endpoint security solutions.

• Configure, manage, and maintain endpoint security tools including Trend Micro, Trellix, and SentinelOne EDR across enterprise environments.
• Manage end-to-end Endpoint Security Solutions including installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Perform rule tuning and optimization to improve detection and reduce false positives.
• Provide L2 support for troubleshooting issues and ensure quick resolution.
• Attend weekly review calls and provide updates to stakeholders on tool performance and issues.
• Raise support cases with vendors and follow up for issue resolution.
• Suggest and implement integrations to improve endpoint security visibility and effectiveness.
• Drive service improvements and recommend enhancements to strengthen security posture.
• Collaborate with SOC teams and stakeholders for effective monitoring and response.

Your profile

• Hands-on experience with Trend Micro, Trellix, and SentinelOne EDR tools.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security and threat detection.
• Experience in rule tuning, troubleshooting, and endpoint security management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
