What Will You Do?
We are looking for an experienced FEA Engineer with strong knowledge in pressure vessel analysis and mechanical design. The candidate should have hands-on experience in finite element analysis (FEA), ASME codes, structural integrity assessment, and pressure equipment design validation.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform finite element analysis for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and related mechanical equipment.

Carry out structural, thermal, fatigue, buckling, seismic, and vibration analysis.

Validate designs as per ASME Section VIII Div 1 & Div 2 standards.

Prepare analysis reports, stress calculations, and engineering documentation.

Support design optimization for weight reduction and cost improvement.

Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and project teams for technical solutions.

Review fabrication drawings and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Participate in root cause analysis and failure investigations when required.

Support customer and third-party technical reviews.
Your Experience Should Be…
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

5+ years of experience in pressure vessel, mobile or industrial equipment products.

Strong knowledge of pressure vessel design, FEA concepts, and stress analysis.

Hands-on experience in ANSYS mechanical and an added advantage to have experience in CFD and PV Elite/Nozzle PRO.

Knowledge of ASME Section VIII Div 1 & Div 2.

Experience in linear and nonlinear analysis, fatigue, and buckling analysis.

Good understanding of welding and fabrication practices.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and codes.
