Engineering Manager - Arbisoft

Our client Arbisoft is hiring a Engineering Manager in Lahore.

• Oversee project progress through structured tracking and reporting, ensuring visibility and accountability across all deliverables.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for team, project, and professional growth.
• Define, revamp, and manage engineering performance metrics and ensuring metrics evolve as teams and projects scale.
• Identify bottlenecks and delivery risks and help teams resolve them efficiently, taking full ownership of outcomes and driving accountability across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, designers, and external stakeholders to help define project scope, technical approach, and resource allocation.
• Good enough in adoption of AI-enabled practices and tools within engineering teams evaluating, piloting, and embedding AI technologies to improve productivity and code quality.
• Bring hands-on experience leading large, complex engineering initiatives and use that perspective to improve how teams execute and deliver.
• Facilitate progress review meetings, ensuring visibility and accountability for deliverables.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential application within the company.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in engineering leadership roles at scale managing large, distributed teams across multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency with a solid engineering foundation; able to engage meaningfully in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with operational efficiency improvements including automation of engineering workflows and reporting pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, with practical experience driving AI adoption within engineering teams.
• Profound understanding of secure software development lifecycles and project management best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset focused on outcomes, not just process.
