Our client Medi Bridge is looking for a Engineering Team Lead - Technical Operations in Lahore

Medi Bridge is seeking dedicated Engineers and Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) Technical Staff with at least two years of experience to join our team. The role involves interpreting technical drawings and blueprints accurately, operating specialized equipment, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of various systems. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with established guidelines. This position requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

In this role, you will manage a team of five technical staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of all technical operations. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks while effectively managing resources. Additionally, maintaining safety standards and troubleshooting technical issues promptly are essential components of the job. Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze technical drawings and blueprints to guide project execution accurately.
• Operate, maintain, and oversee technical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Lead and supervise a team of five technical staff, providing training, support, and performance management.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute installation and commissioning of equipment in accordance with technical specifications and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality control and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and operational phases promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to align technical activities with organizational goals.
• Document installation processes, technical issues, and maintenance activities for future reference and reporting.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations throughout all operations.
