We are seeking passionate and dedicated English Teachers to join our team. You will be responsible for educating students, creating lesson plans, and providing an engaging learning environment. As an English Teacher, you will play a key role in developing students' reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Develop lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum and adapt teaching methods to meet varying student needs.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and participation.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
- Utilize relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction.
- Manage student behavior in the classroom by enforcing rules and procedures.
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians on students' progress at parent-teacher meetings and other occasions as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the instructional environment.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an educational institution.
- Excellent understanding of English grammar and literature.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Creativity in teaching methods and approaches to engage students.
- Patient and enthusiastic about working with students from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications:
- State teaching certification or relevant teaching credentials.
- Proficient in the use of technology and educational software for teaching.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and a desire to improve instructional practices.
- Familiarity with different teaching methodologies and educational tools.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
