Location: Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi

We are seeking an active sales specialist with prior experience in SME segment with proven experience of sales and revenue growth having good interpersonal and communication skills. This is a contractual role with possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance.

As an Enterprise Development Officer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and acquiring new SME clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Customer Acquisition

o Identify, target, and onboard potential SME customers across assigned territory/segment.

o Actively approach both new and existing customers to promote Jazz SME products and services.

o Develop strong market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities within the SME ecosystem.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

o Generate qualified leads through structured field visits, networking, industry events, and cold calling.

o Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel to ensure consistent business inflow.

o Continuously expand prospect base to support long term revenue growth.

3. Solution Selling & Customer Engagement

o Understand customer business models, technology landscape, and pain points.

o Position Jazz SME portfolio (Digital Solutions, Connectivity, Fixed, IoT etc.) as tailored solutions.

o Deliver compelling value propositions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

4. Pipeline Management & Proposal Development

o Develop customized proposals, commercials, and business cases for clients.

o Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline with clear visibility on deal stages.

o Ensure timely follow ups and conversion of opportunities into closures.

5. Revenue Achievement

o Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

o Drive business growth by converting opportunities into tangible sales outcomes.

o Ensure achievement of KPIs related to acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.

6. Relationship Management

o Build and maintain long-term relationships with SME customers.

o Act as a trusted advisor to clients for their telecom and digital needs.

o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Solution selling and consultative approach

KPIs / Performance Metrics:

  • Monthly revenue target achievement
  • Number of new customer acquisitions

  • Customer retention and satisfaction

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in telecom, ICT, or B2B solution sales
  • Proven track record in SME or enterprise sales environment
  • Familiarity with digital & SaaS based products.
