Environmental Consultant

Sentinel Global Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd. is expanding its HSE, ESG, and Sustainability portfolio and is seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our team.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.

Key Experience & Competencies

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in preparing and coordinating IEE/EIA and environmental studies for EPA approval and NOC issuance, along with environmental impact and aspect identification and assessment. Candidates should be able to facilitate ENVID (Environmental Hazard Identification) workshops and conduct environmental baseline studies and monitoring. Experience developing EMPs/EMMPs and mitigation measures, performing environmental compliance audits and regulatory assessments, and managing waste, pollution prevention, and water/air quality is essential.

A strong working knowledge of Pakistan EPA legislation and environmental standards is required, along with familiarity with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems. Exposure to ESG principles, sustainability assessments, and climate-related risk is considered an advantage. Candidates should possess strong report writing, data analysis, and technical documentation skills, and be comfortable conducting site assessments while liaising with clients and regulators.

Desirable

Experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, or other industrial sectors is a strong plus.

Location: Peshawar, Pakistan (Remote)

Engagement: Consultancy / Project-based (based on experience)
