Our client Conexus is looking for a ERP Support Specialist - Troubleshooting & Analysis in Islamabad

At Conexus, the ERP Troubleshooting specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of internal enterprise resource planning systems, particularly those related to HR and Finance. This role involves comprehensive analysis and resolution of issues within ERP software, focusing on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to maintain seamless business operations. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of experience and a deep understanding of ERP system functionalities, with expertise in problem diagnosis and data migration troubleshooting.

This position does not require managing a team but demands hands-on involvement with company project management related to ERP solutions. The specialist works closely with various departments to address software challenges, using their knowledge of tools such as SAP ERP and problem management applications to deliver prompt and reliable resolutions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential to successfully identify and rectify system issues that impact business processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of ERP system issues related to internal company projects focused on HR and Finance domains.
• Diagnose software problems accurately to determine root causes and develop effective resolution strategies.
• Troubleshoot data migration processes to ensure data integrity and seamless transition between systems.
