Role Summary:
Provide technical support and management of end-user devices and workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle desktop/laptop provisioning and support

• Manage OS deployment, patching, and software distribution
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support VDI environments and endpoint security

Skills & Experience:

• 3–6+ years in EUC support

• Experience with Windows, Intune, SCCM
• Knowledge of endpoint security tools
