Job Requirements*
EUC Lead should possess a strong understanding of End User Computing services, including desktops, laptops, endpoint tools, and user support models. This role requires experience in managing and leading teams, supporting customers, and ensuring a reliable service outcome. A good understanding of IT service management such as SLA and KPI management, governance, and escalation handling, is essential. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills are required to effectively collaborate with business users, customers, and cross‑functional IT teams
Key Responsibilities*
EUC Lead is responsible for overseeing Remote Desktop operations and ensuring service delivery aligns with the defined SLAs and established service standards with customers. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring Desktop Support team, monitoring team performance, addressing operational issues, tracking service levels, and promoting a strong customer‑focused culture. The lead owns SLA monitoring and reporting, ensures adherence to governance frameworks, manages escalations, and works closely with the Service Desk, vendors, and IT leadership to continuously enhance the overall end‑user experience
