Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end to end proposal and pitch process, including opportunity research, proposal preparation, presentation development, and submission of business documents.
  • Identify and research new business opportunities for IO Digital across target industries and market segments.
  • Coordinate with prospective clients regarding meeting schedules, briefs, queries, follow ups, and business documentation.
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with internal teams including Creative, Media, Strategy, Design, and Production to develop relevant solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to support business development strategies and pitch positioning.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches alongside senior team members.
  • Engage prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, networking events, and other outreach channels to generate qualified business opportunities.
  • Coordinate the preparation of meeting agendas, presentation material, and supporting documentation for client engagements.
  • Maintain and organize business development documentation, including proposals, credentials, case studies, and submission records within the IO Digital document repository.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity trackers, and business development pipelines.
  • Support continuous improvement of business development processes by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
  • Build a strong understanding of the agency’s services, capabilities, and processes while developing commercial and client management skills.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Business Director or Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, marketing, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong presentation development skills using Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, advertising, and media.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, self motivated, and eager to learn in a fast paced agency environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
