Our client Hightech Solutions is hiring a Executive Secretary to CEO in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and board meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role, with 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Certification in Office Management or equivalent is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Professional manner and appearance.
- Experience working with senior management within a corporate environment.

Additional Information:

- Must be available to work on-site full-time.
- May require occasional travel to support off-site meetings or events.
