About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel
- Handle emails, communication, and stakeholder coordination
- Prepare agendas, minutes of meeting (MoM), and reports
- Track action items and follow-ups with department heads
- Maintain confidential records and documentation
- Act as gatekeeper and priority manager for CEO
- 3–5 years experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong communication (English & Urdu)
- Expertise in MS Office, Google Workspace
- High confidentiality, organization, and follow-through
