GSF Services SMC PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Export Executive to join its expanding Export Department in Karachi. This position offers the opportunity to work within a fast-growing UK shipping and logistics company, contributing significantly to the shipment and logistics operations serving the UK market. The role involves handling export shipments from booking to delivery while coordinating with UK-based teams, carriers, and clients. Candidates must be reliable, disciplined, and capable of working afternoon and evening hours, maintaining thorough communication and documentation to ensure smooth export operations.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in shipping, logistics, or export operations, strong proficiency in English, and is comfortable using MS Office and email communication. Responsibilities

• Manage export shipment processes from initial booking through delivery, ensuring all stages are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with UK-based teams, shipping carriers, and clients to facilitate smooth export operations.
• Prepare, verify, and organize essential shipping documents required for successful export clearance and transportation.
• Track shipment status regularly to ensure timely delivery and promptly address any shipment delays or issues that arise.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of export transactions, shipment details, and communications for audit and operational purposes.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies or challenges quickly by liaising with relevant parties and applying problem-solving techniques.
• Support compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies to guarantee lawful and risk-free export procedures.
• Utilize MS Office tools and email communication proficiently to produce reports, update shipment information, and correspond with stakeholders.
• Adapt working schedule and activities to meet the company's operational hours from Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements based on shipment handling experience and field observations.
