Job Purpose

• Lead and oversee administration and security operations to ensure a safe, secure, compliant, and efficient working environment across the sites.
• Manage facility services, physical security, government compliance, and administrative support while optimizing operational costs and ensuring business continuity.
  
  

Key Accountabilities

• Lead all site administration activities, including housekeeping, transport, canteen, guest relations, maintenance, and dispensary services.
• Manage physical security operations, including access control, CCTV, security guards, and surveillance systems.
• Develop and implement administration and security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct security risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies for permits, licenses, and inspections.
• Manage administration and security service contracts, including vendor selection, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare, monitor, and control departmental operating and capital budgets while driving cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health, Safety, Environment (HSE)regulatory requirements.
• Maintain site documentation, contracts, licenses, and statutory records.
• Support business continuity by providing timely security advisories and responding effectively to security incidents.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Administration and Security Management within a multinational or large industrial/manufacturing organization.
• Military or law enforcement background will be considered an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
