SanitaryPlanet is seeking a motivated and proactive Field Sales Executive to build and strengthen B2B and B2C relationships within the sanitary ware, bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products sectors. This role requires frequent fieldwork across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, focusing on market surveys, prospecting, and visiting client locations. The ideal candidate is a practical and confident sales professional, comfortable engaging with local markets, suppliers, project sites, and individual customers to gather market insights and convert opportunities into sales. This position demands a hands-on approach and is not confined to office work.

The Field Sales Executive at SanitaryPlanet will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. They will represent the companys products effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and business development. This role requires at least one year of experience in sales, an outgoing personality, and a passion for field sales activities. While this role does not involve managing a team, collaboration with internal departments and external partners is essential to meet sales targets and contribute to the companys success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market surveys and prospecting activities to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
• Visit client sites, suppliers, project locations, and local markets to understand customer needs and gather relevant market intelligence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C customers by providing product information, answering queries, and addressing concerns.
• Present and promote sanitary, bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products to prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up consistently on leads and prospects to convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order processing and deliveries.
• Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and client interactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while engaging with clients and handling sales activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to remain competitive in the market.
